Picture a creator with a story in her head and no film crew, no studio, no palace to rent for a period scene. She types what she imagines, and a finished video comes back — the same face in every shot, the same voice, the same world, from the first frame to the last. That is the moment Bengaluru-based Eloelo Group has built its newest product around, and it is why its Dolphin AI is turning heads across India’s creator economy.

Built for complete films, not single clips
Eloelo unveiled Dolphin AI on 29 September 2026 at FICCI FRAMES in Mumbai, where founder and chief executive Saurabh Pandey introduced it in his keynote. The company describes it as an agentic AI studio for end-to-end video production — scripting and planning, generation, editing and enhancement, all in one place. The idea, the company says, is to take a creator from an idea to a finished video without stitching together clips from around 20 different tools.
The problem Dolphin AI is built to solve is one every AI-video creator knows well. The company says most AI video tools lose context after eight to ten seconds, so characters change face, costumes drift and a story falls apart shot by shot. Dolphin AI’s multi-shot planning and continuity systems are designed to hold a production together: characters, voices, wardrobes, props, locations and visual language stay consistent across shots, so a creator works on a whole production rather than a pile of disconnected clips.
Chat like a director, then shape every shot
At the heart of Dolphin AI is an agentic production layer. The company says it reads a creator’s intent, breaks a longer video into shots and production tasks, and coordinates the generation while keeping the context alive across the whole workflow. A creator can simply chat the way she would talk to a director — asking for a warmer look, or for rain in a scene — and Dolphin AI carries that change through the production.
For creators who want more control, Dolphin AI offers three ways in. Chat handles natural-language creation, Templates give a guided starting point for formats such as product ads, podcasts and lip-sync videos, and Playground offers shot-level control for fine-tuning. An editor built into the same workspace adds or changes voice, background music and sound, so a video comes out finished rather than silent. The company says a single prompt can produce a video of up to 60 seconds, with lip sync across more than 50 voices in vernacular languages.

Film Studio turns a script into a production
The most ambitious part of Dolphin AI is Film Studio. The company says it takes a script and turns it into a structured, multi-shot production: it reads the premise, tone, chronology and character arcs, identifies the characters, locations and props, and creates reusable visual, voice and wardrobe assets that the creator can review and lock before the scenes are built. That is what lets a small team aim at something that once needed a large crew — a micro drama, a product film, a tutorial or a cinematic short, all held together by one plan.
Dolphin AI is also built to live inside the tools creators already use. The company says it supports the Model Context Protocol, so compatible AI clients including Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Cursor can call its image, video and voice capabilities from within their own agentic workflows. Chief technology officer Sagar Gaonkar puts it simply: the model is becoming a component, and the creative system is the product.
Born from 5,000 dramas of its own
Dolphin AI was not built in a vacuum. The company says it grew out of Eloelo’s own production operation, which has produced more than 5,000 original dramas through its Story TV platform and tests more than 100,000 creative assets every month. Dolphin AI was first built to solve Eloelo’s own production problems at that scale, and is now being opened to creators, filmmakers, brands and studios around the world.
That scale showed up again at TechSparks 2026, where Pandey showcased Dolphin AI in a session on whether AI can turn India into a global content export hub. The company says around 15,000 videos were created on Dolphin AI in eight days during its early-access phase, entirely through organic discovery. Eloelo launched 200 new micro dramas last month for Story TV, the company says, and works with about 90 production houses — a number Pandey expects to double.
India’s stories, for the world
Behind Dolphin AI is a bigger ambition, and Pandey stated it plainly at TechSparks: India should move from being one of the world’s largest consumers of content to one of its largest exporters. India has already given the world Baahubali, Kantara and RRR, he noted, and the company says AI now removes the gatekeepers that once kept ambitious stories expensive — a period drama no longer needs a real palace, and a storyteller in India can reach audiences in the United States or Europe.
Eloelo Group, headquartered in Bengaluru and founded in 2020 by former Flipkart executive Saurabh Pandey, began as a live social entertainment platform and has grown into an entertainment ecosystem spanning micro dramas through Story TV, micro learning through Master, and now AI-powered video production through Dolphin AI. With Dolphin AI, the company says, a small, nimble studio of a few editors, promo producers and a line producer can supply platforms with micro dramas and OTT content — and the next great Indian story can be built by whoever dreams it first.
